What I learned about Armenia from the CIA:
It is next to Turkey and just north of Iran.
There are less there people than there are here people, where here means Montreal.
Since its independence in 1991, the Armenian Army has had strained relations with Azerbaijan, to the East and between ‘91 and ‘94, over 800,000 mostly ethnic Azerbaijanis were driven from the occupied lands and Armenia.
There are 551,938 males in Armenia fit for military service, and the country spends $135 million on its military every year.
What I learned about Armenia from Wikipedia:
In the year 301, it was the first country ever to adopt Christianity.
Some Armenian-American pop singers and groups you may have heard of include Cher and System of a Down.
It holds the happy title of being home to the first genocide of the 20th century.

Well, at least I knew Armenia was a country, which is far more than I can say for Azerbaijan.

that genocide techinally never happend. Stupid Wikipedia – I’m going on now and makeing it say that Armenia’s major export is used Abba records.
