We wanted to have the premiere at Cinema L'amour (the theatre) but they were going to charge us like a thousand bucks, as if that's what they would make if they kept it open. and actually I had 2$ pad thai. i should have stuck with the chowmein. IN 1995 or 96, that festival, when it shifted to June for a few years, screened some films at a peep show. I hope you had your $2 chow mein today.
