evolution

As ambivalent as I am about Dove’s so called Campaign for Real Beauty (they still sell “anti-aging” cream along with the rest of them, so I guess real beauty only counts when it’s young and wrinkle-free), I like this new ad.

    Its brilliant advertising. You watch it and then buy their BEAUTY products! And everyone knows thats what they’re doing, but yet its still massively appealing (3 people emailed it to me on YouTube). I bet someone got a raise after coming up with this concept.

    (And their parent company, whatever its name is, won’t sign the agreement to remove cancer causing agents from their products… so cancer is really beautiful too).
